Client Orientation
BIA/Kelsey
deliverables begin with a thorough client orientation.
After completing a Client Orientation Questionnaire,
the CAS program directors and research analysts hold a conference call
with you and your team to determine your challenges and priorities.
During this initial meeting, your organization will discover how it
can best utilize the resources available only through BIA/Kelsey and
lay the foundation for a rewarding research and advisory relationship.
Personal Consulting and Client Inquiry Services
As a full advisory
services client, you have direct access to
our analysts, who will provide you with specific
analysis and recommendations based on your particular needs. Your CAS
offers several options, including hands-on consulting, scheduled strategic/tactical
telephone or in-person research inquiries and conferences with BIA/Kelsey
analysts.
Database Access
BIA/Kelsey will also provide your designated
users with IDs and passwords for Web site access
to your CAS program materials and data. The
BIA/Kelsey database contains proprietary documents and research materials,
including data, key industry metrics and other quantitative information
responsive to some of the most frequently asked client inquiries.
Published
Materials
You will receive in-depth White Papers,
timely and topical Advisories, and numerous “must-have” industry
insights and research. Unlike other advisory services and publications,
unlimited internal distribution is permitted for Advisories and White
Papers.
Proprietary Research
BIA/Kelsey continues to break new ground
in developing quantitative research that assists
clients in making critical, strategic marketing
and tactical sales decisions. Since 1999, BIA/Kelsey, in conjunction
with ConStat, Inc., has surveyed thousands of small and medium-sized
businesses (SMBs) about the use of local media and new technologies.
Not only will you have a unique perspective on SMBs, but you will also
receive the consumer perspective through annual quantitative and qualitative
studies.
Conferences and Networking
Your company will receive one complimentary
registration each year for the program conference.
Since 1988, BIA/Kelsey has sponsored 70 conferences.
In addition, everyone at your company is entitled to additional BIA/Kelsey
conference registrations at a discounted client rate.
Consulting Assignments
BIA/Kelsey CAS clients pay up to 40% less than
non-clients for consulting assignments. Larger
projects are priced at a lower cost per day. BIA/Kelsey has conducted
consulting assignments that were as brief as a single day and as long
as a year.
